LULURE Return & Refund Policy

At LULURE, we maintain the highest standards of hygiene and safety for all our customers. Because we specialize in intimate products (lingerie, adult toys, and accessories), our return policy is strictly governed by health and safety regulations.

1. 15-Day Return Window

We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return. Any requests made after this period will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.

2. Hygiene & Safety Restrictions (Strictly Enforced)

For the protection of all our customers, we cannot accept returns for items that have been opened, unsealed, or used.

  • Adult Toys: Must be returned in their original, factory-sealed packaging (with shrink-wrap or security seals intact). If the seal is broken, the item is non-returnable.

  • Lingerie & Apparel: Must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags and hygiene liners intact. Items with signs of wear, scents, or missing tags will be rejected.

  • Intimate Accessories: Items must be in their original, undamaged packaging.

3. Return Eligibility & Process

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return:

  2. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.

  3. Important: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

4. Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception. Contact us immediately at lllulu2424@gmail.com if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and make it right through a replacement or refund.

5. European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification.

  • Note: Your item must still meet our hygiene requirements: it must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

6. Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned:

  • Opened/Used Intimate Goods: Due to hygiene reasons (as stated in Section 2).

  • Custom Products: Special orders or personalized items.

  • Sale Items & Gift Cards: Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

  • Hazardous Materials: We do not accept returns for flammable liquids or gases.

7. Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

8. Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.

  • If approved: You’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.

  • Note: It can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
