We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible, the item must remain in the exact condition you received it.
2. Hygiene & Safety Restrictions (Strictly Enforced)
For the health and safety of all our customers, we do not accept returns for items that have been opened or used.

Adult Toys: Must be returned in their original, factory-sealed packaging. If the shrink-wrap, security seal, or box has been opened, tempered with, or broken, the item is non-returnable and non-refundable.

Lingerie & Apparel: Must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags and hygiene liners intact. Any item showing signs of wear, scent (perfume/detergent), or bodily fluids will be rejected immediately.
3. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a product that is defective or "Dead on Arrival" (DOA):

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us via our online support or email within 48 hours.

You must provide your order number along with clear photo or video evidence of the defect.

Once verified, we will send a replacement or issue a full refund. For defective electronic products, we may require the unit to be returned for technical inspection.
4. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned under any circumstances:

Used or unsealed products (for hygiene reasons).

5. Return Process
To initiate a return, you must first contact our customer support team.

Authorization: If your return is accepted, we will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and provide instructions on where to ship your package.

Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is confirmed to be defective or was sent in error by LULURE.

Discreet Packaging: Please ensure returns are sent in discreet packaging. LULURE is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.
6. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
